Vietnamese Iced Coffee
November almost feels like a ghost month in the office. Everyone's jetting off to claim their unused vacation leaves and it doesn't help that credit card companies email you about a travel sale every weekend. For those lucky enough to swing a last-minute jaunt, here's a recipe for a Vietnamese Iced Coffee to power you through the day after a red-eye.
Instead of making the coffee from scratch, you can make it pretty quickly with a cold brew like Type A - the nutty flavor holds up real nicely to the sweet condensed milk.
