- 2 parts Type A
- 2 parts hot filtered water
- 1 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter
- 1/2 tbsp MCT oil
- In a warm blender, combine water, Type A, butter, and oil.
- Blend at the highest speed until top becomes frothy.
- Add sweetener as you wish.
