Cherry "Cola"

Ingredients:

• 80ml Type A cold brew concentrate
• 25ml cherry syrup (we take it straight from the bottle of cherries)
• 15ml simple syrup
• 60ml soda water
• cherry with stem
• ice 

Procedure:

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add the cherry syrup, with a bit of simple syrup to taste.
3. Add cold brew and stir to combine.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Garnish with a cherry on top!
