The Dream Coffee, a community-powered high-quality coffee producer based in South Cotabato, Philippines. We’ve always enjoyed working with Iya from The Dream, and continue to be inspired by their mission and dedication to producing local coffee in true partnership with T’Boli farmers.
We roast this specialty-grade Arabica medium dark for a comforting, low acidity profile that is quite versatile, whether brewed as a pour-over or espresso. Our best brews of this coffee highlight notes of nuts, cacao and brown sugar, with just a touch of brightness.
The flavors of freshly roasted coffee will evolve over time. For our roasts, we find that our beans taste best when brewed between 1 week to 6 weeks after the roasting date indicated on the bag.
