This seasonal blend was inspired by the one we’ve been making for Ryan and Garovs of Everywhere We Shoot - the “secret” blend we’ve been supplying to them for more than a year. Bold and sweet with notes of chocolate, toffee nut and a bit of candied orange, we hope it brings extra comfort to you this season.

Composition:

  • 40% Natural-Processed Arabica from Brazil
  • 40% Washed Arabica from Vietnam
  • 20% Washed Arabica from Panama

Roast Level: Medium Dark

Recommended For: Espresso

Product Notes:

  • One bag contains 250 grams of roasted coffee beans
  • Each 250-gram bag makes 12 to 15 servings
  • Suggested serving size for espresso: 16 to 20 grams

Storage Instructions:

  • Freshly roasted coffee's flavors will evolve over time. For our roasts, we find that our beans taste best when you brew them between 1 week to 6 weeks after the roasting date indicated on the bag.
  • Keep it in a clean and dry area, ideally in an airtight container.
  • You can definitely still brew your coffee long after the recommended window if you store it well!

Recipe Guide:

Step 1: For a double espresso, we use 17 to 18 grams of finely ground beans in, with a target yield of 30 to 32 grams of espresso out within 25 to 30 seconds. Play with your grind size and dose to achieve your desired balance!

Step 2: Using the calibrated espresso shot, build your drink. Here are some recipes to get you started:

  • For an iced black or iced white, we pour the freshly pulled espresso over 120 to 150 grams of water or milk in a glass with ice.
  • For an affogato, place 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla or salted caramel ice cream or gelato in a short glass or small dish, and top with espresso.
