Type A-mericano

Ingredients:

30ml Type A cold brew concentrate
30ml red vermouth
30ml Campari
soda water
2 drops saline (optional)
orange peel

Procedure:

Fill a tall glass with ice and add the Type A, red vermouth and Campari. Add 1-2 drops of saline solution to your taste.
Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a twist of orange.

If you plan to serve more than a few guests, try pre-mixing all the ingredients without the soda water and follow this ratio: 1 part Type A + 1 part red vermouth + 1 part Campari.

Keep the pre-mix chilled in a glass bottle ‘til your guests arrive. Finish each drink as you need to serve them by pouring about 2-3 oz of the pre-mix in a glass with ice, topping that with soda water, and garnishing with an orange twist or adding a drop of saline solution to taste.
